Welcome to the next step of BODY BOOTCAMP, our program to LEVEL UP your body even further. This is our 8-week workout program designed to shred your body from head to toe. We are stepping up the training intensity and taking it to the next level... challenging you to get RIPPED.
This is a progressive program that will help you push past your limits by raising the game each week. If you haven't already, you should start with our Basic Body Bootcamp to get started. This is our intermediate level program to raise the bar and continue on the journey to a shredded body.

Plus, if you love a challenge, Body Bootcamp is a program that gets progressively tougher as you get stronger.
What equipment do I need?
All you need to conquer Body Bootcamp at home is:
Dumbbells
Bands
Step
Sliders
Household items ("step"= like a chair, steps or a book/ "sliders"= a rag, small towel or other cloth that slides along floor) can come in handy if you’re working out at home
How does Body Bootcamp work?
Once you purchase the program, you will get full access to the program on my app!!
In the app, open the program and you'll find all of this:
Workouts that are delivered in easy to follow At Home style.
The program runs for 8 weeks, with 6 workouts a week.
Alternating lower and upper body days, followed by a high-intensity circuit training session to finish the week with a all-over body sweat!
